City of College Park Announces Modified Sanitation Schedule for Independence Day
All solid waste services will be collected one day earlier throughout the holiday week.
(College Park, GA) – To honor Independence Day, the City of College Park, including City Hall, and all recreation centers, will be closed. Garbage, recycling, yard trimmings, and bulk item collection will also be suspended on Friday, July 4, 2025.
To accommodate this holiday, collection services for the week will occur one day earlier than usual. Specifically:
- Thursday's collection on July 3, 2025, will take place on Wednesday, July 2, 2025.
- Friday’s collection on July 4, 2025, will be moved to Thursday, July 3, 2025.
Regular collections will resume, Monday, July 7, 2025.
