Posted on 05/29/2024
Last month, a delegation of Georgia business leaders and government reps took a monumental step towards boosting international investments in our state! Councilman Joe Carn traveled 7,000+ miles to South Korea for a week-long economic development tour, meeting top CEOs and execs in logistics, AI, biomedical, advanced manufacturing, EVs, and robotics.

Led by Robb Pitts, Chairman, Board of Commissioners of Fulton County and Senator Brandon Beach, our team promoted College Park as Georgia’s global business gateway in 23 key meetings.

Councilman Carn highlighted our city as a catalyst for growth and economic prosperity across this region, emphasizing the importance of seeking new business ventures both domestically and internationally.
