Old National Highway is near the hub of vital transportation and logistics nodes, including Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and the Georgia Department of Transportation's Interstates 285 and 85.
The Economic Development Staff works to promote quality development along the Old National Highway (Georgia Highway 279) corridor. Redeveloping, developing, sustaining, and growing a vibrant corridor on the south side of the City of College Park.
The vibrant business community on Old National Highway offers more than 500 friendly establishments conveniently located in south Atlanta neighborhoods and right on I-285. These establishments are all under the protection of College Park Police Department:

- Grocers and fast food
- Pharmacies
- Florists
- Insurance and legal services
- Centers of Worship
Government Cooperation
College Park’s Economic Development staff works in partnership with local and state governments, schools and neighbors, and area organizations such as the Old National Merchants Association and the Old National Improvements Committee.
We welcome developers of quality office parks, mixed-use communities, restaurant, retail, and logistics service facilities to South Fulton's Main Street and the adjacent business parks and neighborhoods.
