The Community Orientated Policing Division is led by Major Onika Manning and Lt. Boyd Burns.
Our goal is to foster a safer and more connected community by providing critical resources and support. Many lives are lost each year due to overdoses and suicides—tragedies that can be prevented with timely intervention and accessible resources.
